Off-Site Character Appearance

Additional Time: Client understands that a timely departure is necessary in order for the Performer to safely commute to his or her next event. If the Client wishes for the Performer to stay longer than the booked time, the Client must discreetly pull the Performer aside to discuss the matter. Any additional time is at the discretion of the Performer and costs $40 per additional 15 minutes each. 

Safety: Our performers are trained to always keep the safety of your guests in mind. If there is ever a situation where the performer(s) or manager(s) feel unsafe, they may address the issue with the client. If the issue is not resolved, the performer will leave the event. We reserve the right to leave at any time due to safety concerns. This includes hostile or inappropriate language..

Important Reminder: Children should never climb on, hang from, punch, kick, or hit the characters or mascot. While we know little ones get excited, any rough or unsafe behavior will result in the performer ending their participation immediately.
